An epileptic boy lives in a rural community where he is termed a witch as he faces the community and his primary school education. With frequent seizures, he decides to stay away from school. Vera a classmate takes it upon herself to teach and support Vincent the epileptic boy go through the first school leaving certificate but is constantly faced with the problems, fights, and insults Muki the oldest boy in the school brings to her and Vincent.
