This stunning villa is located in the North West of Mahé. The property is a 20 minute drive from the capital, Victoria via the shortest route (or a 45 minute drive via the more scenic coastal route). It’s also a further 20 minute drive to Mahé International Airport.

The Villa is within a five minute drive of one the most popular beach locations on the island. The immediate areas of Bel Ombre, Beau Vallon and Glacis are filled with restaurants serving Creole, Fusion and European food.

The Villa

This is a five (5) bedroom, four (4) bathroom villa. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, with ensuite bathrooms and three bedrooms on the upper floor, master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, other two bedrooms share one bathroom. It has two sitting rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. A dining room, two kitchens, one laundry room and one storage room on the ground floor. A two car port (garage) a storage room and a games room on the lower floor. All rooms are facing the ocean.

As you enter the elegantly furnished open-plan living space, with bar, lounge, dining and kitchen areas the mix of marble floors, muted natural tones and dark wood furniture provides an air of peace and tranquillity. The fully equipped modern kitchen also has a separate breakfast bar overlooking the ocean.

Walking by the water feature and up the sweeping solid wood staircase, you reach the informal sitting room.
The hub of the upstairs space, it features a 50” flat screen, PC access and a vast selection of movies and music to enjoy, via a sophisticated entertainment system. It’s a great place to relax and unwind, perhaps take a book from the extensive library, play a board game or simply sit and watch the sunset. It offers bright comfortable seating and opens to a large dining area on the balcony beyond.

Fully air-conditioned throughout, the 7,500 sq ft property has four double/twin bedrooms all with private bathrooms, each opening onto a spacious balcony or terrace with seating to enjoy the exceptional views, by day or night.

All bedrooms are individually designed and beautifully appointed with sumptuous soft furnishings. They each have comfortable seating and flat screens giving individual access to movies and music. So, when it’s time to retire, your bedroom offers a sanctuary to enjoy a good night’s sleep.

The stunning split level Master Suite benefits from an Italian marble en-suite bathroom with a two person spa bath, and views across the ocean. It also has a double vanity basin and free standing rain shower.

In the fifth full-length fly fishing film from Confluence’s Chris Patterson and Jim Klug, Yellow Dog Flyfishing’s Camille Egdorf, and South African guides Gerhard Laubscher and Tim Babich team up for an amazing journey and a return to the remote and uninhabited Seychelles atoll of Providence. The new film chronicles the first trip back to Providence Atoll since the waters were closed to all fishermen and boat access in 2010 due to the threats and activities of pirates operating out of Somalia. The team returned in October of 2015, spending three weeks exploring the atoll and fishing for multiple flats species including giant trevally, bluefin trevally, bumphead parrotfish, bonefish, Indo-Pacific permit, triggerfish, milkfish and more. An amazing story of adventure, piracy, challenging fish, the history of the area and untouched flats.

This terrific 1930s tour of the Seychelles, Zanzibar, Tanzania, and Mombasa, Kenya is full of many colorful images including the Muslim Ramadam festival, and African elephants. The narration includes a wide-ranging condemnation of the Ivory Trade. It was made by James A. Fitzpatrick whose "Travel Talks" series was a mainstay of the newsreel era. This particular print was intended for home use by a family who owned a movie projector.

Seychelles officially the Republic of Seychelles, is an archipelago in the Indian Ocean. The 115-island country, whose capital is Victoria, lies 1,500 kilometres (932 mi) east of mainland Southeast Africa. Other nearby island countries and territories include Zanzibar to the west and Comoros, Mayotte, Madagascar, Réunion and Mauritius to the south.

Mombasa is the second-largest city in Kenya, with an estimated population of 1.3 million. A regional cultural and economic hub, Mombasa has a large port and an international airport, and is an important regional tourism centre. Located on the east coast of Kenya, in Mombasa County and the former Coast Province, Mombasa's bordering the Indian Ocean made it a historical trading centre, and it has been controlled by many countries because of its strategic location.

Zanzibar is the semi-autonomous part of Tanzania in East Africa. It is composed of the Zanzibar Archipelago in the Indian Ocean, 25–50 kilometres (16–31 mi) off the coast of the mainland, and consists of many small islands and two large ones: Unguja (the main island, referred to informally as Zanzibar) and Pemba. The capital is Zanzibar City, located on the island of Unguja. Its historic centre is Stone Town, which is a World Heritage Site.

Zanzibar's main industries are spices, raffia, and tourism. In particular, the islands produce cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and black pepper. For this reason, the islands, together with Tanzania's Mafia Island, are sometimes called the Spice Islands (a term also associated with the Maluku Islands in Indonesia). Zanzibar is the home of the endemic Zanzibar Red Colobus Monkey, the Zanzibar Servaline Genet, and the (possibly extinct) Zanzibar Leopard.
