The 1$ Movie Project is a low budget filmmaking concept which speaks to the creative ambitions of both upcoming and established filmmakers to provide a platform that encourages responsible cost effective filmmaking amongst Zimbabweans from all walks of life anywhere in the world. The thrust of the one dollar movie project is to encourage high production values while shooting on a low budget scheme.

Synopsis
A woman visits her neighbor to borrow a little salt and engage in a neighbourly "small chat". In the ensuring small talk, it becomes apparent that she is after more than salt. This short film explores life in a typical Zimbabwean ghetto revealing the perceptions of two neighbours who do "mind each other's business."
