Freedom Day 2025 | GNU government has failed the people of South Africa: Julius Malema

EFF Leader Julius Malema says South Africa is run by an illegitimate government. Speaking at Majwemasweu in Winnie Mandela - formerly known as Brandfort - in the Free State, Malema said Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana has no power to overrule Parliament, as the VAT reversal decision has to be done in Parliament. Malema says the country will continue to suffer in terms of access to health care, education and improving infrastructure if budget is not passed.
