Saturday 10pm & Sunday 4pm ET - The U.K. and U.S. governments co-produced this World War II propaganda film on the North Africa campaign. Released in early 1944, it used combat footage, reenacted scenes, animated maps, and featured segments with President Franklin D. Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and French General Charles de Gaulle. The campaign ended with an Allied victory in May 1943, when approximately 275,000 Axis soldiers surrendered.
