South African Politics: ANC executive recalls President Jacob Zuma

South Africa's president Jacob Zuma is expected to respond to calls for his resignation on Wednesday. The ruling African National Congress decided to recall Zuma following lengthy talks over his term as head of state. But Zuma has been down this road before with many failed attempts to remove him.
